Diamond Conference Patron – 26 000 €

  • All benefits of Standard Patron’s Package
  • List of registrants made available prior to the conference (subject to attendee consent)
  • Possibility of one e-mail blast advertising a company event during the conference (subject to attendee consent)
  • Name and logo in mobile app
  • Option to organize an industry workshop, event or training session at the conference. Alternatively, the patron may opt for either a recharging station sponsor package or the conference bag sponsor package.
  • A prominently located “Diamond Stand” (6m x 3m) in the exhibition hall
  • Option to place one (1) insert in the official conference bag
  • Option to provide one (1) freestanding banner to be positioned in the registration area for the duration of the conference (maximum size 2m high x 1m wide)

Customized Signature Options

lndustry Workshop – 9 000 €

Produce and deliver a 1.5 hour workshop, usually held during lunch at the conference. Includes mention in program, meeting room rental, lunch boxes for capacity of room, projector and screen and power strip, logo and mention on session signage. Session pending to final approval by conference organizing committee.

Best Paper Award – 2 500 €

Includes company name and logo of patron on website and conference documentation, announcement of award patron during the ceremony, and the option to have patron’s name on Best Paper Award.

Best Student Paper Award – 2 500 €

Includes company name and logo of patron on website and conference documentation, announcement of award patron during the ceremony, and the option to have patron’s name on Best Student Paper Award.

Coffee Break – 5 000 €

Increase your visibility. The breaks are located in the exhibit area. Break partner signs will be posted, and one (1) piece of material can be shared with attendees or placed on break table, option to provide six (6) free standing banners for the organizer to position near coffee break location.

Welcome Reception – 5 000 €

The welcome reception will be held on Monday, May 4. Includes recognition on web page, option to provide two (2) free standing banners for the organizer to position in a high footfall area (maximum size 2m high x 1m wide), patron acknowledgment at all catering stations, opportunity to provide other small collaterals if desired.

Banquet – 5 000 €

The banquet will be held on the evening of Wednesday, May 6. Includes recognition on web page, option to provide two (2) free standing banners for the organizer to position in a high footfall area (maximum size 2m high x 1m wide), patron acknowledgment at all tables, 5 tickets to the banquet, opportunity to provide other small collaterals if desired.

Mobile App – 10 000 €

App includes the conference agenda, attendee profiles, personalized scheduling, interactive maps and the ability to rate sessions. Patron logo displayed on splash screen when the app loads, on all app promotional materials, option to provide multimedia video displayed in the app, push notification at start and end of conference with well wishes. This service is exclusive for a single sponsor.

Poster Boards

Logo to be placed on all poster boards of the conference (next to the poster number) in all poster sessions.

Student Career Luncheon Patron – 720 €

One (1) exclusive table and lunch for three reps, access to Student CVs, distribution of job openings prior to the luncheon, recognition on Student Career Luncheon web page, and brief speaking slot at the luncheon.

Student Career Luncheon Attendee – 90 €

If a company does not sponsor the luncheon, the admission fee will be €90/person (max 3), access to Student CVs, distribution of job openings prior to the luncheon, permission to contact students via email following the conference.

Conference Bag Insert – 1 000 €

Patron must produce and provide one (1) promotional flyer to be inserted into each of the conference delegate bags. Please note: quantity is estimated

Conference Bags – 7 000 €

Distributed to all conference attendees to be used during and after the conference. Includes conference and sponsors logo, and exclusive partnership logos. Conference Organizing Committee designs or approves design, procures and distributes.

Recharging Station – 6 500 €

The station will be a dedicated and defined space within the exhibition area offering delegates the opportunity to work whilst recharging. The patron may provide a freestanding banner which will be positioned in the recharging station.
